The complex houses the Aparthotel and Village. The 3 star Apartotel has 21 studios and 97 apartments with kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace or balcony, and 1 or 2 bedrooms depending on the apartment. The extensive gardens, two swimming pools and a children's area, is the meeting point for young and old. Opened in 2001, the Village is a collection of 22 townhouses with garden and swimming pool. The Village is divided into three blocks with 12 one-storey houses with two bedrooms and 10 two-story homes with 3 bedrooms.
